I am an Independent Broker who has been in real estate since 1991. I have owned my own office since 1996.

I have been helping buyers and sellers since 1991. I have also been purchasing homes through banks and government agencies since 1997. I have bought and sold 60 homes. I have also achieved and maintained a general contractors license. I do not pratice with my contractors licsence,however, I do use it to hire my own crews to rehab my repo properties. My contractors liscence is a powerful tool of expertise. The knowledge I have obtained is invaluable to my home buyers and Sellers.
The past few years the repo market has been flooded with buyers, which is a good thing. I am now using this experience to help my sellers and buyers find a home or sell a home. I feel this experience puts me far ahead of my competition with knowledge as a multiple homeowner and many many hard earned lessons learned. I can now keep home sellers and buyers from making mistakes that will cost or keep them from their hard earned dollars.
